fake transaction from my credit card

Got a call from 7466053690 for SBI credit card verification. She was verifying all details. She asked for reward redeem as it can expire soon.She did transaction for Rs 8195 against Jimmiwalls Enterprise. I have blocked my card and asked SBI to return back money. How come they got my card information correctly and what is authentication to go with SBI anymore.i want my money back

Even I received same call but I told them to first confirm if they are from SBI and why are they askingn my card details.. which the should already have.. They offered same amount for redemption.. I don’t understand how come they get to know our personal details.. Thank god I didn’t shared and jus googled this number..and here i see that someone has already lost the money! Security is a total failure!

Fraud SBI Credit card transaction

oday same happened with me.

I had received a call from (Her No.8510982985 and verification call from -His No.9911980575)  a person who introduced me as calling from SBI credit dept. for your information i have recorded both call on my mobile.

they both are told me, they will replace my existing with extra benefit. He said SBI will provide 20% flat discount on all the purchases you do using SBI credit card except purchases made at petrol bunks. To avail the discount, we need to confirm few details over call for authentication. He asked me to confirm my phone number and my name in IVR. But he already had my address details and card#. Then he asked me to confirm my credit number and 3 digit CVV number over IVR. I said this is a personal information and cannot be shared and moreover SBI will never ask for credit details. After that i received msg from SBI XXXXXX is the OTP  for trxn at JIMMIWALLS ENTERPRISES with your sbi card ending XXXX. 

 

Main things is that ,I dont know how these people got my card ,card limit and other exact details with my address.
