Sir, There is a fake online website for recharge mobile phone named free charge. First time I try to recharge using this website and I loss 399 Rs for my recharge.on 17th October 2017 I try for the recharge.But the recharge was failed and customer services sent me the failure report and recharge order id (FCVW171017675381865) to my mobile.Then I checked to their website and their I see that the recharge failed the amount will refund to your wallet with in 7 working days.Then I wait for 7 days and after that I checked my wallet their I see that my account credited of 399 Rs. But the real cheating was we cannot recharge that amount to other recharge .I try so many times for the recharge but it was failed.The I try to contact their customer care no (080-33037133) but any customer care executive attend the call only we get online calling informations. The main problem is this website showing on the first page when we search for an online recharge. So please enquir this complaint for avoid further cheating. Waiting for a positive response
