I have booked my order No. UDR-214625 for UDARAROGYA on 24.10.2017 & make the advance payment of Rs. 3240/-. Company has delivered the medicine FOLLIVITA-52 related to hair growth instead of medicine of UDARAROGYA. Company has delivered wrong medicine to me & not providing the solution to correct its mistake. Company is adopting malpractice & doing fraud activity with the public at large. I have informed to the executive of the company that wrong medicine has been delivered to me & requested to provide the medicine as required by me but they didn't support and help to me.
After conversation with the executive of the company, I surprised that company has no proper/favorable policy to rectify its mistake if wrong medicine delivered & not to refund the amount.
At the last i would like to say that company is doing fraud & making the fool to the public. Govt. or concerned authority should take proper action against the company to safeguard the interest of the company. I have all the proof related to my complaint.
