Fake dress/product sent by Craftslore from Instagram

I ordered a black embroidered Anarkali on29th April 2021 of Rs. 1649 which was delivered during lockdown and the quality was very cheap . i contacted Craftslore and i got a reply as under:

"NO REFUNDS. However, We have an easy exchange procedure 1. Ship the old product back to our address within three days of recieving the product by DTDC courier 2. Send us a courier receipt picture of dtdc of the product sent back by you through DTDC courier 3. Select the new outfit you want in exchange of the SAME price or higher price 4. ₹150/- is the shipping charge of the new dress which needs to be paid via bank or gpay 5. You’ll get your new dress within 5-7 working days after payment of shipping charges and after we get the old product back. The entire exchnage process including the selection of new outfit needs to be done within a weeks time. The retuen addres is of MUMBAI.I will share the address after you agree to this policy. This is the only policy we have.

This is the policy. Once you agree I’ll ask my exchnage manager to contact you. Let me know your decision ?"

they are asking me in lockdown to only courier them the dress through DTDC Courier and I will have to bear charges of sending them the product and also ₹150/- shipping charge of the new dress which needs to be paid via bank or gpay
they are fraud and are not selling genuine products
they never receive call or reply

I had visited the Place A-1, Neela, Kiran Rashmi Neela Society. prem Nagar, Prem Nagar, Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400092
but this place is not existing only. even the gooogle map address given is fake.
their Mobile No 9930950029 and 9653387478 which is never picked up by anyone
Craftslore is fake and is doing fraud and cheating through Instagram. kindly take action against them so that no more consumers are duped by them.

I too faced a somewhat similar issue. I had placed my order a week back and since then they were a lil fishy as they didn't provide me with any confirmation details or tracking details. I was just told I wil receive my order in 5 days and when I tried to ask after 5 days theirs no reply ,also they won't reply to calls. After asking multiple times they wil say yes ok that's all disappear. Totallt disappointed What can we do now to get our money back
