I booked the flight ticket in 2014 from Delhi to Melbourne. Easygotrip charged me ~INR 30000 which got debited from my bank account but they never booked the ticket. I kept on chasing them but they never responded. I wrote so many emails and tried to call them but they paid no heed to this matter. Once they said that money refund number is #427 but after requesting them so many times they never refund it. I am a student and it was my big saving which I cannot afford to just let it go waste. Please try and help me and others so that no other poor guy falls victim to these buggers. Thanks!
