Hi, I have called Docomo several times to cancel or port my postpaid number. Those advisors cancel my port request without informing me. I have requested to speak to the manager, but they disconnect the call without transferring it to manager. It has been almost 3 months but they have not proceeded my port request. I will raise a port request and they cancel it and tell me to wait for 8 days to raise an other port request. I am not happy with the services. They charge me more every month. Please raise a complaint and help me to port my sim. Thank you
