Today one mobile no. 9776405417 is giving misscall many times and when I call it he/she pickup the call and not speaking a word. After than disconnect the call and after few seconds again giving me misscall, it irritates me by disturbing again and again by giving misscall. Please find the location of this no. and punish them so that they won't disturb others again.
