Individual calling himself Deepak Pawar Bajrang responds to my Magic Bricks property advert today morning. Requests for photographs and videos over whatsapp. Then calls me and spins a similar story. He is in the military and has been posted to my city and needs a place to stay urgently, He did try and negotiate the rent briefly to make it sound authentic. 

Then mentions that he was willing to pay holding deposit without inspecting the property. That is when my scam antennas went up. I strung him along and asked him to send his ID's which he did they are obviously fake / stolen.
