Sir, My name is Abhishek Kumar. I am a resident of Bhagalpur, Bihar.I have a savings bank account (11016573698) in SBI Bhagalpur branch.I was unable to use net banking facility due to login password problem. I looked on the net and on the website "India Customer Care" I found SBI Customer Care numbers and contacted them. They asked for my debit card details. I thought those were official numbers as they were listed on an authentic site. They also tricked me into providing them with OTPs. To my horror my account started getting debited and in 6 or 7 transactions Rs 90000 got debited. I called them and they assured me that the balance will be restored in 24 hours but it's been more than a day and my account is showing just Rs 600 odd balance.
