Dear sir, Today i reccived call from shine dream jobs and they told me about online transaction of 10 rupees but instead of 10 they cut 1000 rupees from my account. It is a case of froud what can i do now ? Please tell may I file any complain against them

Dear sir, Today i reccived call from shine dream jobs and they told me about online transaction of 10 rupees but instead of 10 they cut 13000 rupees from my account. I only Had 13000 in my account now I can not survive I will commit suicide this was amount for my survival.....I am job less past 5 Months, I lend some money from my Friend... Please get my money back from the this Fraud company.....
