This is to bring you in knowledge that I have been facing an issue with RBL cards. These two companies has done fraud with me they had consumed my card limits and I did not even know. When I tried to make a transaction on Paytm it got denied so I called the customer support team of RBL then I got to know that your credit limit has been consumed As an process, whenever we done any online transaction we receive the OTP but in below mentioned cases I have'nt received any otp neither any call. This is seriously unprofessional and fraudulent activity by bank now they are forcing me to pay the whole amount & the worst part is they are not even sharing the details with me.
