My complaint against Tata Docomo billing process. The company charge me 23009rs for my monthly charge. They said this is your data use charge which is used by you from outside the country ( international roaming). But I said I stay in hotel where wifi is enable and I use their wifi facility . But when I leave the hotel your data automatically work and without my knowledge network use data. Which is not useful to me and intentionally I donot use data. Then why I pay this amount. This is too much for me.i said the customer care officer I am your old customer and I need this no. Because I use this no. For long time and gave this no. Everywhere so plz solve my problem but they said you pay 14000 rs . I said this is not soloution of my problem. Then they said our advocate meet you in court. This is my problem so plz hep me. I am very mentally distrub by their response to their old customer.
