I have booked ordered on FIDGESTUFF for MeCHIC compact permanent hair Removal Device on 13th of July 2017 through credit card for usd 179.90 and send various reminders to them to despatch the material but they don't reply to my mails. I ordered and paid for MeChic hair remover on 4 June 2017. Have never received out and have no response from my numerous emails.

I have ordered 6 packs ABS pack on 2nd September 17 but no update since.  Sent numerous emails & Facebook messege but no reply at all.  Order #3309.  Please help.

I placed an order for epilator on Oct 10, 2107 and received order conformation almost immediately and have not received any notification about order dispatch or tracking number even after ten days of my placing the order, nor have they been replying to my multiple emails. My order # is 9369. They have not even listed any contact number except just their email ID support@fidgetstuff.com. It all looks fishy to me and I regret not having run a check on them or a simple google review. This was my first order with them because my wanted this product "urgently" and she sent me the link to their product webpage and they had enticed by offering a limited time period discount making you rush through the entire ordering process.

I placed an order for epilator on Oct 14, 2017 and received order confirmation immediately my order # 9718 but not yet received my product as well as no emails / messages , this was my first order with them i don;t know how to contact them they have not even listed any contact number except just their email ID support@fidgetstuff.com. i want my product soon.

I have ORDERED FROM FIGETSTUFF order Number 16993!! No response no phone number. I have sent various emails NOTHING NO RESPONSE AND IM PISSED!!!! Order For my daughters Christmas 2017!!!! Help no response

My order was 49 days ago and still no items, nor any follow up emails.  I emailed asking for a full refund and no response from my emails.  This FIDGETSTUFF company is a scam!  I did however noticed that my credit card was charged immediately after placing the order.

I placed an order of $170.91 on November 25th 2017, received an order confirmation and charged my credit card immediately, but my merchandise has never been processed and shipped. It only shows "Unfulfilled" on the status, not only I can't track my order, but also didn't receive any update on process or delivery. I've been trying to leave messages through SMS, Messenger, and sent emails to support@fidgetstuff.com and sales@fidgetstuff.com, no response or reply at all, I can't even find a service line to complain, nor a mechanism on their website to  apply for a refund.
