Myself Santosh Bobade and I am NRI. Currently I am on vacation in India . I have booked a igrand i10 automatic transmission for 3 days from mylescars company. Me and my family planned to travel to my native place. The reason for biking automatic transmission beacause I used to drive automatic vehicles only ....Before the date of delivery I have checked about car booking with company and they comfconfirmed me that car is available. In fact they have send me SMS and mail about booking .
However when I reached on location to take car they have shocked me that the car is not available and u can take manual transmission car which i declined since i am not used to drive manual transmission ...Kindly note that my entire family to ready however due to cheating by company I have to cancel my trip.The concern company is just apologizing and not agreeing to give proper compensation..I request you to take proper action on this and banned this company from doing such fraudulent business. The attitude of company is too careless and it might be possible they are providing the car which are very risky to drive on road hence I sincerely request to ban this company at the earliest.
