TODAY I RECIEVED CALL FROM MOBILE NO. +91 9128077698 informing that my number was selected in a lucky draw of company and i won a tata safari car. Company is also offering the cash similar to the amount of the car. When i checked the number it is of Bihar and when i called back it was always on waiting CALL. If any procedure is there to track and punish these callers.
