I withdrew Rs. 20000 from my corporation bank account through union bank of india ATM located in Nayati MultiSuperspecialty Hospital Mathura on 28/11/2017 in two transactions of 10,000 each. In first transaction, I received five notes of 2000 denomination while in second transaction, I received five notes: three of 2000 denomination and two of 500 denomination. Therefore , the amount tended by machine was short by INR 3000
