In order to attend to urgent cash requirements, I availed loan of rupees 6000 from Ariaeko loans (an app from Google appstore) on 7th April 2022 and have received only 3300 to my account with the timeline to pay a total 6000 (which is double the amount disbursed to me) in 6 days. I have tried contacting the customer service email provided in the app and have dropped several emails to them regarding this but no response was received. This itself was really uncalled for and unfair but then after making double the payment as I started receiving calls threatening my Credit score and harassing my reference contacts, the calls still continued. I have so far received more than half a dozen of IVR calls with the same threats within a span of a few hours.
Additionally, there is no option to cancel a loan or to contact someone about a loan application as now I am again asked to pay 7000 rupees by 17th April with a promise of 14000 rupees to be disbursed. I have not yet received any money and the threatening calls continue. This is a scam to extort money out of unaware people and I would request you to please take prompt action regarding this.
