This is the mail which I has been sent to bank for resolution and want to tell about my issue. Kindly go through with this mail then you will understnd my concern and please do the need full take a legal action agenist organization or person who is the responseble for these kind fraud ativities read below side:

This is to inform you that as I have checked today my account has been debited for Rs. 5358.36 and transaction done on PAYPAL on 20/05/2017; 3:10 am. I can not made this transaction even today morning when I woke up I have seen messages on my registered mobile number 7532804746 regarding amount deduction from my SC account number: 52810419064. Post that I had a word with your customer care support for the same issue after checking all my account details they ware informed me that someone hack my account and made this transaction without my permission even I haven't received nay single OTP notification.
I am very disappointed with these kinds of your customers account safety policies.
Is this the level of SC in banking market?
I was thing that SC is one of the best bank as per services and account safety but after this incident I am shocked and I regret to say that I have lost my believe on SC totally. This is your carelessness and irresponsible policies because of that your customers are suffering from these kinds of big problems. This is my salaried account that why I am helplessness to carry this account otherwise I will closed this account post this incident because I cant trust on you guys more.
As I had words with your customer support they blocked my debit card and raised a complaint for my refund as well as they take a new card request. I would request to you please refund my amount as soon as possible I want my hard earned money. If I haven't received this amount within 48-72 hours in my bank account then I will take legal action as well raise a complaint and highlight this case on social media and news papers.
