sir   i made a successful UPI payment of ₹1,500 on 04 August 2026 at 6:37 PM to q103584130@ybl (TILAK AMARGHDE). The amount was successfully debited from my SBI account and Google Pay shows the transaction as Completed, but the beneficiary has not received the amount in his current bank account. UPI Transaction ID/UTR: 621624788143 This UPI ID was linked to the beneficiary's old Udaan account, which is currently inactive/not accessible.
