Dear Mam/Sir I have received a call from resumefilling.com for typing work. She said to me for complete a typing work and company pay 11000 for this work. I am try to complete this work but this site now properly working and I have a technical issue. So today we have a call from resumefilling and he said to pay panalty charges 6500 to me. This is inform you that there is a online fraud company "Resumefilling.com ",they are making fraud to the people by offering online work which is also fake .They are also making fake 1 month agreement by taking digital signature of the employees.
Now they are asking to pay @6500++ GST ,if not made they will registered case against me under section 73,74,75 in Surat Session Court .
They are continuously sending messages that your legal case has been registered and notice will be dispatched to you shortly.

Sir, mere pass calls aaye ki aapko resume fill krna hai, aapko hum 18000 denge. Ek week mai resumes fill krne hai aur aapko ek week mai hum 18000 denge. Maine socha kaam sahi hai. Abhi job bhi ni hai.. Toh isse paise mil jaayenge. Maine haan krdia uske baad inhone phone par phone kr k mjhse ek aggrement sign karva lia aur usme likha tha ki aapko 600 resumes fill krne hai aur aapko 30 rupees per resume denge. Aur aapki accuracy 90% honi chahiye. Phir likha tha ki agar aap yeh sab ni kr paate h toh aapko 6500 rupey denge honge.. Maine call kia toh khte hai yeh legally notice hai n all khne lage..aur bahane denge lage.. Inhone mere se meri id or id proof bhi le lia.. Inke number hai +919971208175 and +918287745261.. Iss number se call aaye the... Aur yeh log bohot pareshaan krte hai.. Please help me as soon as possible.

Sir i m a housewife but during lockdown we r suffring some financial problem,at that time i have started online resumefilling job but thay cheat with me by fake promise like i have to do just copy paste work and also dont have to pay anything for the job but when i got the work it was not easy for anyone so i left it but now they are sending be Court massage or Legal notice daily, they said i have to pay 9500 otherwise they will take an action againts me.kindly help me we r not rich,we dont have to pay anything.

They offered me online job of resume filling. In the start i conformed if there are any charges but they told me there are no hidden or upfront charges. after that they asked my resume, pic, addhar and registered me. then they called and asked to login and told me to give digital signature for security purpose then they put these signature on bound and they didn't told about it before or ddn't send any copy to me. after they told me there is a bound provided and you are now our employee. they gave us task to complete 600 resume in a week that i was aware of but was not aware of any charges before reading bound after 1 week as i couldn't complete the task they asked for charges and mailed me for legal notice. they didn't gave me extra time when i asked to complete the task but they told me if i want extra time they will charge 1000 per day. that's totally fraud. i also found many complaints against them here as i given in evidence. please take legal actions on them

Completed the task but checked in foul manner and then harrassing me to pay money for no legit reason or else they will file case against me....and now sending messages regarding case already filed .

so i got this call from this company named RESUMEFILLING, they said that they recived my resume from shine.com. the job was to fill 600 resumes in a week, they asked my adhar card and sent and agreement and took my digital sign.when i started the work i understood that no this is not 1 week work and i didnt continued it. after a week on 14 oct 2020, i received a warning mail that if i didnot complete the work, they will charge me the portal ammount. This was not informed earlier, rather when i asked about this doubt prior they said. no no mam u dont have to pay this, we will cut this amount from your salary of 18000. Also i very clearly asked that id the work is not 90% perct, do i need to pay the portal charge? there answer was NO. on 17 oct i received a call from there company someone named chirag jain as informed there legal advisor, he said that i have to pay 6500 + gst and soon i recived a mail with gst invoice, as understood i denied to pay and put my points that you didnt informed me prior also i have asked this to your employee, she very clearly mentioned that no i dont hav to. I HAVE ALL THE CHATS AND CALL RECORDING FROM THERE FIRST CALL. i have said that i have all this, they said madam court mai call recording proof nahi chlta. and then i strated reciving the thretings mails and sms from there software that
