DEAR FRIENDS,
i am Swati Singh, resident of Lucknow (capital of UP). The era of covid had affected our financial status badly. My husband lost his job and i being a house wife found much difficulty in running household needs. I and my husband both were desperately looking for the job to meet out our financial needs. I had uploaded my resume on shine.com and after some times get a response from an online job portal resume filling.com.
I trusted this portal when they say that we will enter into an registered written agreement on stamp paper, if our work is not paid then you can file a case on us. Fine, the condition was that i had to fill 600 resumes in next 6 days if i fail, then i had to give their portal charges and if we achieved our target then they will pay me @ Rs. 30/- per resume with in 48 hrs, on 90% accuracy.
The job was tough but still i signed registered agreement and completed my task with 100% accuracy. Now the turn was of quality check under which they force fully burdened upon us 72 mistakes which according to me was not at all, further portal's advocate called me and said that you have to give us Rs. 6500/- portal charges because you had not achieved 90% accuracy otherwise, legal action would be taken against you by our company. This clouse was not at all mentenioned in this agreement so i denied. After that i called women help line no.1090 for help and they assured me not to worry, they cannot do anything againest you. I filed an FIR againest this portal in cyber crime cell.
So, friends if you you people had too, had faced this type of threat then don't pay them a single penny, and also don't give your account detail at any cost.Guys you don't need to be frightened because this portal is registered under fraud online portals under Ministery of Home affairs, cyber crime depart so they can not execye any legal action.

Respected Sir/ma'am I received a call from Resme filling.com, They told to me I joined that company, I was asking to him what is the your source to find my contact no. They replied that they find my contact no from Shine.com They said to me send me your Adar card, I sent my adhar card to him. Then I recieved call again and they said to me that for your verification we need your signature. They said to me I give you some work for seven days that was resume filling work. Resume filling Repersentative Miss Priya said to me you get 30 rupees for 1 form. But You must to complete atleast 600 form in a week. Priya provide me costumer care no. Of resumefilling.com that was incorrect and I wasted 21 hour. When I ask to her 21 hour extra they said to me, this is not my problem and I am not responsible for it. When I asking about the work Priya told me that you are not only my costumer I have many costumers so I can't help and if you need any help visit website and go to the query section. But the website query section replied very late. So I can't complete my work in given time period. At this time company demanding 6500+gst to me. The case is related with Resumefilling.com They approach me through what app and joined me anyhow with number 635888804(Name was Mansi as per conversation). She shared me id number and password on what's app. Even I didn't started to work yet & there drama has started. They are asking payment through Google-pay on personal number(7039989199). Their advocate with mob number 7802872517 is threatening for legal proceedings at court. Same Mansi is too threatening for legal action at court & to avoid that she is asking for payment of 7670 Rs. I said, don't worry I will pay but only through the payment gateway of your website which they don't have(because I can't trust you as your behavior is changed within a few day). So, I didn't paid a single penny. Same case I have found from others too now on reviews.
Is there anyone who can fight jointly for all of us, so that they can not scam for remaining others who are even dieing to live any how during this lockdown...?
Shame on these scammers who are destroying Gujarat & India's image. India is known for its ethics in ancient times and look what they are doing. Such a shameful...! Is there anyone who know how to shut their mouth and teach that enough is enough, Don't do such to those who are dieing to earn in such critical times..?

I APPLIED ON OLX FOR DATA ENTRY JOB. THEY CALLED ME AND TELL ME ALL THE THINGS EXCEPT AGGREMENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THEY ALSO SAID THAT THEY GIVE TIME TO COMPLETE BUT AT THE END THEY ASKED MONEY TO EXTEND THE TIME. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT THE AGGREMENT AND I FILLED 450 RESUMES WITH IN ONE WEEK. SIR I AM STUDENT AND I AM FROM POOR FAMILY HOW CAN I PAY THE 6500RS TO THEM. I AM ASKING THEM TO GIVE CHANCE I WILL FILL ALL RESUMES I DONT WANT ANY REMUNDATION ALSO, BUT THEY MAIN AIM IS COLLECTION OF MONEY FROM PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT KNOW THE EXACT WORLD. I am vishal kumar from uttar pradesh. I got a phone call from Neha from surat for resume filling job in which I have to completed 600 resume in 6 days for which I earned 15000 to 18000 rupees, they send me agreement by Abhay Kumble , it is not possible to complete 600 resume in 6 days and when I am not complete this work in 6 days they call me and harrsh me for not completed work on time and they daily call and says that they file case against me and to pay penalty of 28000 and if I not pay this amount they file case and I have to pay 40000 I am so disturbed and afraid about this scam They don't tell about this before starting the work Please help me how I get rid from this scam. This company assigned work of 600 resumes to be filled in 1 week and 18000 amount will be payed. if not completed in given timeframe that is 3rd of nov 2020, i have to pay them 6500 as a maintainance and Gst charges. And this is completely fraud and many people have complaint about this fraud firm with fraud website. They threaten
