This is to tell that ... I was facing internet and connectivity issue for 3days due to cyclone and also had a death in my family where I couldn’t work on the cases and had completed 200plus files ... Now the company people are harassing me and torturing me to pay the charges by calling and sending me warranty emails and calls.. this is quite disturbing ... I am here to warn and not to pay money instead they are asking me to pay 5900.00 if not paid they are telling that they would take that to next level ... Please help me get over this as an priority... invoice attached for your reference ..
