I am Nazmeen Faridi reaching out to you on behalf of Corel. This mail is with respect to the installation of our software CorelDRAW Graphics Suite at your organization i.e., Anirat Contracts Pvt Ltd for which we are not able to track the license keys against those installations.

Please be advised that we have identified license discrepancies in 07 instances of CorelDRAW Graphic Suite which according to our data are not licensed and deployed without proper entitlements at Anirat Contracts Pvt Ltd At the outset, we request you to do an internal audit and regularize all usages with immediate effect.

Please note, as per our EULA (End User License Agreement) any and all installation requires licenses procured in the name of the user organization in advance to use our products, failing which all usages are deemed to be illegal and infringement copies of our software. We further put to you that at times knowing or unknowingly some employees might be using the unauthorized software, and if that is the case then it should be regularized by procuring valid license against the deployment.

Corel follows a ‘Zero Tolerance’ on Infringement, and we believe you will respect and value our intellectual property rights of our software and will also cooperate with us in this legalization drive to be 100% compliant.
