WE AT FREELANCER FORMS ARE GOING WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS UNDER SECTION 72,73,74, IN THE INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872. DUE TO VIOLATING THE CONTRACT. CALL FOR MORE DETAILS +91 8866866766) following by this text (If you don't pay this amount to the client than we will file case against you under contempt of court case. Even if Civil contempt is issued upon you than you've to pay penalty amount of Rs. 28,000 for civil contempt and Section 2 (B) shall be imposed on you. And once it is transpired to criminal contempt than you've to pay for criminal contempt which would be round about 40,000 and for contempt of arbitrary tribunal case will be escalated to Ministry of Law and Justice and Ministry of Home Affairs. Actually i registered today without knowing then after sometime i thought that work is too difficult and said them that i will quit then they started harrasing like if you dont pay you have to face concequences etc etc a guy claimed he is a advocate of the company and he also told that if you dont pay i will file a case against you etc etc then i really got fear and i i am basically a student borrowed the amount from somebody and paid 7670rs first then again the called me and said for noc and cancellation of agreement again deemanded me 1770 again threatned me and said that they will provide immediate noc after receiving amt i paid them but they didnt send me noc for that i asked and they said server down i will send tomorrow morning i lost my entire amount i am a student i need a work to pay my college fees but this happened with ne
