Zookr have sent mu duplicate Mi 2 band i purchased on 2nd August 2018 got delivered on 7th August 2018. I tried to calling on their customer center but always it says "due to high volume agent are buay another cal" and sent several e-mails to help@zookr.com but no revert i asked to give me original product. Even i sent all videos & screenshots, i have also shown the original product purchased from Filpkart but still awaiting for the revert from them.
