Zohodeal.com — selling duplicate products

I Purchased a JBL wireless speaker from zohodeal.com last week, they advetised that as original product and it is imported from US, but it is a duplicate from china. Refer the enclosed pics. I have asked for online money transfer or card payment so that i can have some sort of reference. But they accepted only cash on delivery. I was stupid. I paid money without checking the product. Usually when we purchase a product online they attach a bill as well. But there was no bill in the package.

I received a call from this number to confirm what I was ordered +91 98216 20168. They are not responding now.

There is no customer service or call back number to enquire.

False promise.

I lost my 3300 rupees.

selling duplicate products. Please do not buy anything from this website.

First of all, there was no email from the site about registering an account with them. Then there was no email about order confirmation when I placed the order. They contacted me from the same number mentioned in the comment above - +91 98216 20168 to verify details for my shipping address.

The package arrived with COD, there was no receipt and obviously a fake product from China, which I sort of knew before hand since nobody sells Bose speakers for Rs 2800. But sadly, I fell for their trap.

Yes, the customer service number cannot be contacted, and everything about the site is fake. Let's file a complaint with the appropriate agencies and bring this company down.

Such a stupid idiot people we are, just a small hope we might get an original product for such an affordable price hoping that we order these brands and without even knowing the site, Before ordering the product I have spoken to Mukesh singh from logistics and confirmed if the product Bose Bluetooth speaker is genuinely original or not and he confirmed the product is original and if you are not satisfied with the product you can return and refund will be initiated, when i received the product i found its a copy of Bose and not even worth of Rs. 2799, so registered a Complaint # ZD00732 given by mukesh, Expecting for immediate response and action.

I am sorry for the trouble these guys are causing you. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for letting everyone know about this fake company. They put up genuine pictures and try to scam customers with copies. Thanks for putting up warnings that may prevent others from commiting this error again. I almost fell in the trap, but I thought I'd check their legitimacy - that brought me to this thread and your comments. Thanks a lot, and I hope you get across to them and don't come across any more fake websites.

Hi guys thanks for your replies sorry about your loss really ...I was browsing and got this pop up from zoho deal ordered Bose soundlink mini and JBL Bluetooth wireless on the same day amounting to 6k cod Got a mail confirmation but it did not mention the brand it just said Bluetooth speaker and wireless speaker went through their website which has contact nos.like 123456789 us 123 and a Delhi address and a lot of gyan on how one should do online shopping got a call from the same number and she confirmed the order details so glad read about your experience will just refuse delivery now.saved me from a huge financial loss!!!thanks

 I have put order of Bose sound sport free truly wireless sport headphones rupees 2999. August 6 2018 was placed my order. August 11 2018 was received my delivery by COD from Delhivery with tracking number of 1807810010194. When i was open that received box a unusable fake product found ( i have attached photos of received fake product with this mail) . I was so much hurt by this cheating. When I was surfing in internet that I found it is a cheating. So, Now I have plan to file a complaint against them in cyber crime as well as want to go consumer court immediately. When i search your website and I took this email for return purpose. So, as my final try that I contact you by email. If they not reply and not return my money then I will take immediate action what i said above.    Cyber crime should activate now to crush and punish this kind of cheating company. As well as we suspected Delhivery courier staffs have direct contact with this Mr. Velautham (Manager, Junction branch, Tirunelveli-627001, Tamilnadu, India) and delivery boy (Mr. Muthu). Delivery boy did not get even a signature to the customer and the Delhivery manager is also encourge this activity. When i was contact them by phone they even not respond well. they did not care their customer for this cheating companies. Hence, we hope this kind of cheating companies has direct link with this kind of courier services. Cyber crime should bring this matter to light and punish all as well as possible at maxium. I am ready to give all video, photo, files to demolish this kind of cheating activities.
