The guy had offered to share 2 vip number, on 50% advance UPC code was shared and once the UPC code was received remaining 50%was paid However after that the guy has kept on increasing the amount, sometimes says registration fees, sometimes no blocking charges and what not, I said in that case i dont need it, just cancel everything, however hi is not ready to refund the amount and not responding.
