Unauthorised transactionon my on citibank credit card.

Dear Sir,

I am a city Bank credit card holder with credit card number ending 8862. Last night around 12:08 AM I have received several messages about OTP and online transaction at merchant named NEXTDIRECTORY INR on my mobile number 7042727391. Total four transaction of amount

Rs. 14571,13630,8261,13940  happened on my credit card although I haven't share my OTP. Three more transactions of 5 USD each also happened at merchant named WPY*HONORING PRESTON. Before making this complaint I have logged complaint with Citi Bank and they have blocked my card and started investigation at their end.

I also have SMS and emails regarding these transactions on my mobile and email which can be provided if needed.

This complaint is for your kind reference so that you can also start investigation at your end.

Hi Jitendra,

Sorry to hear about it. 
I have similar situation. 10 transactions for 1.8L happened in 30minutes. 

I received OTP, but I did not share it with any. Yet all money was gone.

I gave a police complaint (but they are not doing any investigation).

I reported the same with citibank. They said they will investigate in 10 days and will let me know once the merchant claims the amount.

 

Did you have any luck getting the amount back?
