They are blackmailing us to pay the amount of Rs 6500. And telling us to send the leggal notice . They asked us to do 600 resume in 7 days and we did 600resumes still instead of giving us the money they are asking us for the penalty. Thay are totally fraud .. Does anybody with whom se happened has given any money to them or they have send any legal notice to anyone. PLZZZZ HELP

I also received same msg from them to pay penalty when I have already did my work within given period... I am very worried they threatened to pay 6500rs + Gst that, total 7670rs otherwise they will send court notice at home.. Please tell me what is the best solution for this.

If you don't pay this amount to the client than we will file case against you under contempt of court case. Even if Civil contempt is issued upon you than you've to pay penalty amount of Rs. 28,000 for civil contempt and Section 2 (B) shall be imposed on you. And once it is transpired to criminal contempt than you've to pay for criminal contempt which would be round about 40,000 and for contempt of arbitrary tribunal case will be escalated to Ministry of Law and Justice and Ministry of Home Affairs. I am also facing the same problem from them to pay 6500 rs + Gst 7670 if i don't pay they will take legal action by court and they are also saying that now you had to pay 45000/- Rs. in the court . Just money making company from retired persons / students / who already have no money / no job etc.
i did this work from my friends computer but cant finished 600 resume in a single week so now they are forcing me to pay money , otherwise they will block my ac.
there number is +91-7802881620 i got a message from them by text ( we are proceeding legally , LEGAL TEAM , EXPERTISE IN CIVIL CASES )
