Dear Team, I wanted some name correction in my PAN card. So I visited online site Thepancard.com to get this done. I provided all the details over there paid required fee of rs450. Post which I have not received any response from their side.. They have not given any customer care contact details. Later I checked online reviews of this site, resulted too many people are facing issue with this company. Where no response is received from their end after receiving payment.

I need my money back, help to get refund.

While not receiving any response, i tried to look for their contact number, but no information is available about them?

i have applied for correction of address of my wife beena agarwalla on 15.3.19 and paid Rs 399/ including charges of correction online for e receipt was submitted to me vide email. though sending hard copy with necessary documents ,photo and signature by registered post and acknowledged by them on 18.3.19,pan card has not been send to my wife till date.my customer id is  A2009065.no corespondent received till date.i can tell this is a fraud site.they are creating fraud for earning money for govt services.they should be put in jail immediately.

The pancard.com is a total fraud. I have paid money and paid courier charges to send my documents to the respective place. However, I have not received it yet and there is no response from them. There is no means to contact them as well. It is the first google search result and is a fraud. Horrible!

Even i applied online for my  sons pancard , sent all the documents by post to their chennai office , but no response till date , we had applied two months back 

there  is so many complaints on this website , how is that the concerned authorities not taking any action

I have applied for new pancard for my wife Sushma sharma, d. O. B. 16/02/1955, through Samantha communication, also paid fees Rd. 379/, after that they tell me to submit adhaar card photos, other details to their Chennai office, on 9/2/2021 but no receipt of pancard received, Only they give me Token no. A3430156. Kindly look in this matter.

i have applied pan card mobile number update process i have paid 399/- but not received any conformation message or email  and not getting customer code also kindly pls provide refund my payment   payment process name of samanta communication private limited

Same happen with me, I applied and when I sent my docs to them I even received an email with customer code and now when I am checking status it is saying it's getting validated. No response from them at all. I regret now I should have checked the company before blindly applying online for pan card correction.

 Even I paid 399/- and applied for a physical PAN card 2 months before....I have not received any notifications on the same.Money is also waste and the main thing they should not misuse my documents i.e. adhaar card and address proof.As others are facing the same issue and many others will face the same in future, better there should be any correction or the site should be blocked.

Hii! I also applied because when I searched in google then this was the first site displayed....almost 460 rs including speed post...spoil my day also....please have a look and take action for fraud..,

I have applied for my son's pancard and recieved and customer number A3702499. Seems it's a fraud website and afraid weather they will misuse sined documents

Applied for pan card correction  on the Thapancard.com site customer  code A3866000 paid money sent documents on 17th June but after seeing  online reviews  and complaints was trying  to cancel my application on the site. Little success  was a achieved when they refunded my money but I didn't  got my documents  which was couriered it contains sensitive  information  which I want it back.

From courier  service  it was stated that it was correctly delivered  to there mentioned addressed

I am also applied through PANCARD.COM but I received a mail that your application is under process but now I am seeing here a lot of complaints regarding that website. I am much worried about the Adhar details which is have given to that site. Higher officials should take of it, please

Hi All:

I paid 379 on Aug 2nd, 2021, Finding no way to get back the refund.

As someone said above, there is no phone number to contact.

If anyone were able to get the refund, please post here how to get the refund
