I have raised a request for return of a product nokia 1280 which was received in non acceptable condition as the seal of the product was open and moreover the accessories was missing and the battery was damaged due to which I was unable to even switch the phone on and moreover the quality of the product seems to be not the geniune on it was as a counterfeit product, on raising the request they arranged the pickup and the pickup was done successful also the tracking was shown as return approved but the refund was not initiated after waiting for 70 hours I raised my concern to know the status of the returned product I received the call telling that we will update you shortly and after 24 hours received the call telling me sorry we can't process your refund and nor can return the product or replace the product, in simple words the executive meant to say forget your money, product and everything. So ridiculous and on asking an explanation she told sorry we don't have any information about that. I mean what kind of thief company is this not giving the product nor money... wort experience I want to take legal actions
