Hi. I placed an order for a Voltas 0.75 ton Air Conditioner on 12th of July. My order ID is 19463272288. I opted for the Express Delivery that Snapdeal offers. To my surprise the AC was delivered to me the very next day. I called a technician for the installation of the AC as soon as it arrived. Upon opening the package and taking out the AC from the box it was seen that it had a lot of big and deep dents on it. So, I filed a replacement request on Snapdeal the same day. Snapdeal told me that they will arrange a pickup for the AC on 17th of July, Monday but they failed to keep their promise. A person came to our house the next day to pickup the AC (18th July, Tuesday) and handed over a replacement receipt to me with his signature on it. Today is 21st July and I have not received any E-mail or Call from Snapdeal that the pickup has been successful and now they will ship another AC as a replacement. I still check my snapdeal account and the status of the replacement hasn't been updated. When I call snapdeal they tell that pickup hasn't been made. I feel cheated. Please help. There's not even a way to contact the snapdeal customer care agent. I think I lost 16,500 for my AC. Please help me I want a replacement for my AC. My replacement ticket Id is 42932074.
