Dear Sir/Madam,
Some people : Rizwan Khan , Anu Gupta (if their names are real) and others , called me last week saying they are giving promotional offers from Snapdeal.com. They said they are from the NEW DELHI Divison !
I believed them because I received their mails from snapdeal.com !
They called me from two numbers : 9674694141 (main number) and 9674693838 (product dispatch number).
I was asked to buy a product worth Rs 3999 /- , and in return they were supposed to give me a Dell Laptop worth around 55,000 /- .
I was asked to use the PAYTM app on mobile, and pay the money to the mobile number 88201106321. Or use my ATM card with One Time Password (OTP) to buy the product.
I bought a suit worth Rs. 4799 /- using my SBI ATM card and One Time Password (OTP) on 14 October 2017. Later, they told me I have to pay GST as well for the Laptop ! On 18 October 2017, I paid GST amount using my ATM card and OTP.
In total I have paid Rs 16,195/-. Now, I realize I have been robbed ! It is a big fraud !
Please track the mobile numbers and ARREST these people ! Also, if possible kindly cancel all my transactions on 14th and 18th October, and refund the money to my bank account !
Please help me recover my money, and arrest these people !
I have already filed a FIR in my local police station. Also, I have mailed to SNAPDEAL CEO (kunal.bahl@snapdeal.com) and help@snapdeal.com regarding the fraud !
