I had ordered Poco X2 mobile phone and i payed the amount. Later, I got a what's app message from amazon regarding the re- order and payment due to some technical glitch. And one day after i got money refunded to my account. And then i ask to the amazon what's app number regarding the order. They replied to pay it on an another bank account of amazon. Once it's done it will access the shipping. So i payed the amount by given bank account. Till now, i didn't get any notification about the Product shipping. I again drop queries in the what's app i didn't get any messages. Kindly support.
