SBI Fraud Calls

I received a call from 7065747339, they told my all details like address, last billing amount and said they are from SBI it is regarding reward points. My question is how do they know all my details? I sense someone from SBI are doing this fraudulent. The merchants are KARTFAST RETAIL SERVIC and POPAE ENTERPRISES. Please raise a complaint and look into the issue as it will be helpful for several other people. I lost amount 8743/- . Please let me know the possible ways of getting back my lost amount.
