SBI card spend fraud on Microsoft Xboxlive without otp

There are to spends from my sbi credit card to Microsoft Xboxlive about Re. 2/- and then Rs. 4718.82/-. And interesting thing is that SBI didn't ask OTPs for both transactions even on email also. After spends it send SMS,

  1. Rs.2.00 was spent on your SBI Card no. ending XX2678 at MICROSOFT * on 27 Sep 17. Remaining credit limit: Rs.XX,499.00.

  2. Rs.4,718.82 was spent on your SBI Card no. ending XX2678 at MICROSOFT *XBOXLIVE on 27 Sep 17. Remaining credit limit: Rs.XX,780.18.

I blocked card immediately. Now my question is that do I need to pay the bill which I haven't used? And what should I do now?

Hi this happened with my Citi Ccard in a similar manner first transaction of rs 2 and then continuous 3 more transactions done I didn't rcvd any OTP etc
