Hi,

I was looking for a part time job and i found this resume Search company details. So I called them and asked for the job they said no need to pay any amount for the registration. I said ok for their work they immediately send me the contract in which no where mentioned with out installing software's on laptop and with out start doing work i have to pay the amount. But they are black mailing me and sending the fraud emails. The company details are THE RESUME SEARCH (DL1)

They didnt give me any id/password even i just rejected after checking  email saying if i fail to complete the work with in 7 days I have to pay 6496. Please guys dont believe in this. This is completely a fraud company. Do not pay any amount.

They mentioned this number i have checked in true caller it says fraud 9054971104. Do not panic they will not harm you.

I also get call from them and they don't mention that it's a agreement , they don't take my resume , they take my interview . They told to do a registration for the further process . Also she called me when I opened the link they provided to me , and she not clear the term just saying that we are doing the registration , then after that we proceed . They take my adhar card , pass post size photo and email address . She told me to write my name in the rectangular box , and submit it . After that I found a mail which I opened is the same document which they called registration form . I read it and call her and told that she mislead me and do not clear the term and condition and also she not even talk about the agreement . From that particular moment she not respond to my message and even not attending the call . Anyone please tell me what I do be to safe . Please I don't know about these , if anyone have knowledge , what further step I have to take please . I was in tension .

This guys are doing froud thing , in india there is no law to online digital agreement sighing this is a fake company dont belive they are cant do anything to you, if they call ignor and scold badly to them they are cheap person. This is a fake site asked them without knowledge in how they make agreement in your name dont give any id prove they try to  say pay for this dont pay any amount if you pay it west for you ,so dont pannic on that they cant do any thing to you just call and send sms to you by froud company

Hello Every one don't pay any money and don't fear about that as per law If you are a victim of a work from home scam, then cyber laws has recourse for you. If the scammers use your personal data to make fake profiles and commit any crimes, then they are liable under Section 66-D for Cyber Personation, which is punishable with imprisonment upto 3 years and a fine. Ok understood don't fear and don't pay any amount

I am also a victim of this company .They told to complete 600 resume in 7 days and I had completed 585 resume in 7 days and they told me that they will pay me 30 rupees per resume but now instead of this they mailed they are going to charge 6500 from me.So,I have file case against them in Consumer court and this is my request to you all that dont panic just file case agianst them for fraud reason

Hii friends, I wanted to tell you that THE RESUME SEARCH Company is a Fraud they gave me 600 resume to fill in 7 days only and trust me it's not at all possible to do in just 7 day .....when i told them it's not possible for me I can't do it they started blackmailing me that they will take a Legal Action and all and they demand penaulty of rupees 5500 + gst .....which they didn't informed me earlier....and they made an agreement and signed it by themselves in my name..... don't you think its a Fraud .... how can they signed without telling me or taking my prior approval...... Don't Waste your precious time on this Fake website guys.....

Hii friends...I am also victim of resume search company...the same procedure of registration has happened with me and after reading the agreement I called back on another day, he was no receiving the call and whatsapp me that he was busy (+917802872516)...after 7 they started blackmailing me that they arey going to destroy my career if I don't pay the charges...even I have received the call claiming himself as advocate Jayesh Patil (+917600914779) the legal lawer of resume search....he has also started threatening me for the same......please suggest me wheather to pay the charges or not ?

No they are asking for 6500/- as i did not start the work and said i cant do because she asked me to do the work from mobile phone and that is not possible because this work is only possible if we have pc or laptop i asked her about the company adress so she is not giving me the adress also

Kuch nhi h bhai fraud h abhi email bhi ayega tere pass legal notice ka bolega ki legal notice ayega kyu ki aap ne term and conditions agree kiye h isliye payment kijiye warna notice ayega. Ye sab kuch nhi h pagla bana rhe h block kar do inko apne aap saant hoajyenge. Or relax karo chaho to gaali suna ni hogi to boldena unko bura nhi mante wo.

Hello everyone This company named resume search is a total fraud. They play very smart first they give you confidence with no deposit and give 600 resume in 7 days and then while checking even the correct once are marked not approved and they declare no 99% accuracy and charge you 6000/- and then they blackmail you with legal notice. If something like happen with you just do not believe them they cannot harm you. FRAUD

I became victim of this same company they were harassing me literally. Firstly they asked me to pay 5900 after which they said if you don't pay this you'll face legal actions and bank CIBIL score will be deteriorated. As I cannot be a burden on my parents for my wrongdoings so I paid them 5900 . I took this amount from my friend. I said now I'm over with you guys. But after sometime they called me and said you have 3 more projects left according to your contract if you want to cancel it pay us 4100 otherwise do the work as said to you for 3 straight weeks. I told them you're mentally harassing me if something happens to me , my friend knows about all this , he'll file a case against you, but he spoke very rudely and said while committing suicide please mention our company name in the note and the company we'll take care. I don't know if this cyber crime department will help me or not.

Hello, Same issue here to I was searching for part time home based job.then found this Resume fill job.. before registration they did not mention that the laptop/computer is mandatory.now they are saying that if u want to cancel ur I'd then you must pay 5000/- by calling as charges... Otherwise they will take action against my father...this company is a fake one.. please do not register....

Hi, 

I only given aadhar copy through whatsApp but did not agree to work with them. They created a contract with non-judicial stamp paper and told me to sign onto it. But, I denied to sign over it and they send me the copy with digital signature of me. 

How is it possible to digitally sign without my concern. Where they demanded to pay me inr 5000/- after 1 week if I donot fulfill the criteria.(heavy workload with 90% accuracy).

Please help me so that I am not able to pay the amount.

मै अजीत कुमार, पिता - सुदर्शन जायसवाल, पता - चेनारी, रोहतास, बिहार  - 821104 का निवासी हूँ। सर, मैंने अपना एजुकेशनल प्रोफाइल नौकरी के लिए बहुत सारे जॉब रिकुरमेन्ट ऑनलाइन वेबसाइट में रजिस्टर किया हूँ। इसी में एक ऑनलाइन जॉब रिकुरमेन्ट वेबसाइट है जिसका नाम है - www.shine.com इसी वेबसाइट के द्वारा मेरे प्रोफाइल में रजिस्टर डाटा को किसी फ्रॉड कंपनी के द्वारा एक्सेस किया जाता है और उस प्रोफाइल में इंक्लूड मेरा मोबाइल नंबर और मेरा ईमेल आईडी से उस फ्रॉड कंपनी के द्वारा मुझे कॉन्टैक्ट किया जाता हैं।  जो मेरा मोबाइल नंबर - 7367868369 और ईमेल आईडी - dadaguru1998@gmail.com  हैं।

 

सर, फ्रॉड कंपनी के द्वारा मेरे मोबाइल नंबर पर दिनांक 28/05/2021 को समय 02:49pm में मोबाइल नंबर 9054504702 से कॉल करके मुझे एक वर्क फॉर्म होम रिज्यूम फील डाटा एंट्री जॉब के बारे में बताया जाता है और मुझे टारगेट दिया जाता है कि एक सप्ताह में 600 रिज्यूम सबमिट करना हैं और प्रत्येक रिज्यूम कि कीमत 25 रुपया है तो इसके हिसाब से 600 *25 =15000 रुपया आपको एक सप्ताह में वर्क कम्प्लीट करने के बाद दिया जाता है। इसके बाद मुझे बोला जाता है कि वर्क को 90% शुद्धता के साथ करना है तथा वर्क को सात दिन रेगुलर करना है, बीच में नहीं छोड़ना हैं, इसके बाद बताया जाता है कि अगर सात दिन में वर्क कम्प्लीट नहीं होता है तो आप हमारे कंपनी को कॉन्टैक्ट करे कंपनी आपको 2-3 दिन अतिरिक्त समय देगी, इसके बाद मुझे बताया जाता है कि पेमेंट आपको ऑनलाइन दिया जायेगा। जैसे - फोनपे, गूगल पे, पेटीएम अकाउंट के थ्रू  जो भी डीटेल आप कंपनी को दोगे उसी में कंपनी आपको सैलरी देगी ।

 

सर, इसके बाद मुझे बताया जाता है कि कंपनी में रजिस्ट्रेशन का एक छोटा सा प्रोसेस है इसमें आपको कोई चार्ज पे नहीं करना है, गवरमेंट आईडी प्रूफ के बेस पर कंपनी रजिस्ट्रेशन करती है जैसे - आधार कार्ड, वोटर कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, तो इसमें आपके पास जो भी होगा तो आप मुझे व्हाट्सप्प पर भेज दीजिये और मै आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रोसेस करके आपको ऑफर लेटर प्रोवाइड करता हूँ इसके बाद मैंने अपना आधार कार्ड भेज दिया । इसके बाद मुझे दिनांक 29 /05 /2021 को समय 06 :06am में फिर से कॉल करके बताया जाता है कि आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रोसेस कम्पलीट हो गया है भेरिफिकेशन के लिए आपको कॉल किया गया है आप कॉल चालू रखिये और व्हाट्सप्प पर ऑनलाइन आ जाइये तो फिर हमने व्हाट्सप्प पर ऑनलाइन आया तो उनके द्वारा एक लिंक भेजा गया जो इस प्रकार है - http://resumetofill.com और फिर मुझे बोला गया की आप इस लिंक पर क्लिक करे, तो फिर हमने इस लिंक पर क्लिक किया, तो मुझे एक लॉगिन फॉर्म मिला इस फॉर्म में आईडी पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करना था, फिर मुझे एक लॉगिन आईडी और पासवर्ड बताया गया जो इस प्रकार है -                          id - 90521694284, password - 315471, फिर मुझे इस आईडी पासवर्ड से फॉर्म को लॉगिन करने के लिए बोला गया, तो फिर हमने फॉर्म को लॉगिन किया ।

सर, लॉगिन करने के बाद एक फ्रॉर्ड पेपर खुला जिसमें सबसे ऊपर हेडिंग में लिखा था INDIA NON JUDICIAL, Government of Gujrat, Certificate of Stamp Duty, इस फ्रॉड पेपर को मुझे बताया जाता है कि ये हमारे कंपनी का लाइसेंस है, ये आपके पास प्रूफ के तौर पर रहेगा, ये आपको पेमेंट देने का असोरिटी देता है। इसके बाद मुझे बोला गया कि एक बार आप फॉर्म के निचे नेक्स्ट बटन पर क्लिक करे आपको ऑफर लेटर सो होगा तो हमने नेक्स्ट बटन पर क्लिक किया, तो एक और फ्रॉड पेपर सो हुआ जिसके ऊपर हेडिंग में लिखा था FREELANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT, इस फ्रॉड पेपर में मेरा digitally sign  तथा मेरे आधार कार्ड से लिया गया डाटा जैसे - नाम , पिता का नाम और मेरा एड्रेस लिखा था, और इस पेपर में फ्रॉड कंपनी का भी नाम तथा पता लिखा था जो इस प्रकार है –

कंपनी का नाम - Resume To Fill, कंपनी का पता - 225, FOUR POINT, VIP ROAD, SURAT – 395007, Gujrat.

                         

सर, इस पेपर के बाद फिर हमें 2 - 3 पेज नेक्स्ट - नेक्स्ट करने को कहा गया फिर हमने नेक्स्ट करते गए फिर मुझे कहा गया की लास्ट में एक सिग्नेचर का पैड सो होगा उस पैड में आप अँगुली से ड्रॉ करके सिग्नेचर कर दीजिये, फिर हमने उस पैड में digitally अँगुली से ड्रॉ करके सिग्नेचर कर दिया इसके बाद मुझे बोला गया कि अब इस पेज को सेव कर दो, तो हमने सेव कर दिया इसके बाद  बोला  गया कि कंपनी आज आपका सिग्नेचर वेरीफाई करा रही है। कोई इसु नहीं आएगा तो आपको वर्क सेंड हो जायेगा, फिर हमें बताया गया कि आपको वर्क शुरू करने के लिए इसी लिंक - http://resumetofill.com पर आना है तथा आईडी और पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करके वर्क शुरू कर देना है वर्क का वीडियो हम आपको व्हाट्सप्प पर भेज दिए है आप उसे देखकर वर्क शुरू करिये अगर फिर भी आपको वर्क में प्रॉब्लम आएगा तो हम आपको कस्टमर केयर का नंबर भेज दिए है आप मुझे या कस्टमर केयर को कांटेक्ट कर सकते हो ।  इस फ्रॉड कंपनी के द्वारा दिया गया कस्टमर केयर नंबर इस प्रकार है – 9054504702, 7486027170, 7486027171, 7486027172, 7486027173 Email id –  support@resumetofill.com

Yes .They are Fraud .I am Purposefully writing in hindi so that all the person can read it as it happend to my known one who doesn't know English very well. उनका मेल आया और हमने अप्लाई कर दिया उन्होंने हमे कहा कि कल कॉल करते है और फिर कॉल करके कहा की वाट्स अप पर आओ और मेरे परिचित वाट्स अप पर आगए उन्हे इंग्लिश का ज्ञान जरा कम था इन फ्रॉड लोगों ने बिना कुछ डिटेल्स समझाए उन्हसे साइन करवा लिए और फिर दूसरे दिन 5999रुपए मांगने लगे और कहने लगे हमने केस कर दिया है तो मैंने उनसे कॉल करके पूछा की बताओ पैसे देने पर केस नही करोगे तो कहने लगा की हा नही करेगे ।ओर फिर लीगल नोटिस का मैसेज भेजा जिसमें एक्ट 1862 धारा 72,73,74 लिखी थी हम सब बहुत घबरा गए थे बड़ी मुश्किल से दिमाग में आया की गूगल किया जाए फिर आप सभी लोगों के रिव्यू पढ़कर शांति मिली ।।की कितने बड़े फ्रॉड से बचे आप सभी का रिव्यू के लिए बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद आप ही के रिव्यू पढ़कर सच जान पाई। घबराए नही पहले पूरी जानकारी अच्छे से पड़े और फिर कोई निर्णय ले ।। धन्यवाद।।

Sir , I am Bandi Sumanth , last week I signed a agreement in jobsearch.net to do work of filling resume within 7days but I couldn't complete the work with in time due to my health issues.now the jobseatch.net company is saying to pay portal charges of ₹5900 other wise they are saying they will proceed legally.now should I pay the poratl charges to them or not...?? They have sent msg like this ..I am attaching the screenshot of the msgs and they also have a BHIM QR code to send money. They said to pay the money by 1:30Pm otherwise they will proceed legally its seems ...sir. Can u plz give me a solution for this ad soo as possible.

I also did the same thing. I paid them 5900 as I didn't want my family to get involved. But now I got to know that they are fake. Can anyone tell how can I get my money back. I have borrowed it from my friend and it is not a less amount.

Don't pay.. Relax and ignore them.. Block their number and make a complaint on the cyber crime cell website and send them the screenshot of the complaint.
