I came across this freelance job on Monster India, I thought It was legit, so I applied via the no. given on it 8866866596(Payal). She asked me, where do I live and do I have pc/laptop. then she sends me a message and a video of 6.24min. Then asked me to give them my email address and aadhar card, then she asked for my mobile no. After that, she gave me a log-in and password. The whole process was too fast that I can't even search about company details. There is also an agreement.
After when I searched about it I came to know that Many have Filed complaints against them. I asked her that I can't able to complete the given task, can I get some more time(as it was written in the agreement) she said nothing, and the next day I got this mail.
I got this mail today at 12:43:33.
LETTER OF DEMAND

We are advising you to pay the charges of the portal which you have used intentionally and failed to deliver the output which was required in the contract. Now we can proceed legally as per the sec 72 under Indian contract act 1872. Now, as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the legal agreement you are supposed to pay the charges of Rs 5000+GST applicable as soon as possible to the below mentioned account.

You can find lots of issues with your banking procedures also then. As soon as you will pay the amount you will get NOC (No objection certificate) from our company.
