My wife started to work in a Website resumefilling.com from 12/06/2020. Before joining they asked for the Aadhar Card and my wife's photo and get a sign from stamp paper . In the paper they mention that within 7 days 600 resume forms need to be completed . After completion they will check all the resumes if 90 % accuracy is not there you have to pay 6500 fine Also If not completed before the deadline you have to pay 6500 fine. Once my wife started to work on 12/06/2020 almost 6 hours server is not working,We raised a complaint but no one is responding properly or cut our call.Daily server is not working properly . Almost more than 24 hours out of 7 days the server is down .They asked my wife to share any complaint while working, to the mail id which is available on the website . We raised a complaint also . No one responded properly .We shared a mail also along with screenshots.Now the company advocate called and told me that is not the correct mail id . We are having all the proof of mail and call recorders also . Today(22/6/2020) the company advocate called and asked to pay 6500 otherwise you have come to Surat court and pay 23000 and Your proof will not be acceptable by court. Please save us sir . We are from a poor family . Only night time servers working. My wife worked almost the entire night and completed 539 out of 600 resumes . They voluntarily block the server daily exactly from afternoon 1 o'clock to 3 o clock .In morning it works too slowly .They voluntarily block the server.Once we raised a complaint sometimes they will respond and it will work around 6 o clock only . They are threatening us to pay the amount . Please save as sir . If the server is working properly then we will submit before dead line. Also advocate vishnu told us tomorrow(24/06/2020) to pay 3000 remaining amount later . And then they will provide the NOC. They are threatening us . My wife is a Cesarean lady . Even she put in a lot of hard work with too much oh Cesarean pain . Please help us sir .
