An instagram seller named ' craftslore' has cheated on me, i hd ordered a dress from their instagram page and paid rs 1700 cash but did not liked it & asked her(jiya) wheather i can return the dress and they will return my money but they refused and asked me to exchange it with a new dress, so i send her the dress and it is delivered successfully to her, now whenever i am asking her for the new dress she is not replying or asking me repeatatively the same question that 'what happened' 'ok', it is clear that she is a fraud and cheating on me and i also saw a complain against her here. An instagram seller named 'heavenvilla' has cheated on me, i hd ordered a lehnga from their instagram page and paid rs 2450 cash but did not liked it & asked her(Sanjana kapoor) wheather i visited to thier store which is located in boriwali neela society, prem nagar and they showed me only 3-4 outfits which i don't like and their price was 7000-8000 i already wasted my 2450 because of them and they throw me out their shop they said i have only these much if u want take or else go with r old onem Please help me & oblige, please... her address (A1, Neela, Kiran Rashmi Neela society, prem Nagar, behind zunka Bhakar, Borivali West. 400092. I also faced a similar issue. But the difference is I haven't got my order itself, took up the money and then no reply. No reply on calls or msgs. What can we do now apart from posting here Their should be something we can do about it and get out money back .
