Dear Sir I by Samsung s7 from Top ten shop at Masjid Bandar Mumbai on 28/02/2017 in the Tim of 09:25. My problem is when I got phone after that in 2 month phone get blank on 25/04/2017 then I handover to top 10 shop for repairing they given to the Samsung gallery somewhere else I don't know about that then second time dated first of May 2017 I given for same problem and third time 17 June 2017 hand I handover to top 10 4 same problem it means in it two months I give them for repairing in three times and it it happen again after 15 days and I given to the top 10 and top 10 forward to the Samsung gallery my problem is I brought that phone I brought that phone at 52000 rupees it's a huge big amount I cannot afford this amount if phone getting spare all time and I have some work to do in the phone which is I cannot doing because all the men giving for the repairing and that someone from the Samsung company his name is Mr Yogesh he called me and he said we cannot do anything else and we will not change the phone then I said if you are not changing your phone give me in the writing give me in the writing your phone if with if your phone if you get Bank next time so you will exchange the mobile or he is not giving in the writing does am not getting that phone from the gallery so please sir help me out about that and I'm harrassing from the Samsung company and who's the people spending more than 50000 rupees how can this is possible I have to be quiet it's a big huge it's a big big big big huge please sir do something about that thanking in advance .
