I ordered a kurti from pehnava collective on 2 feb 2022 and also made a payment of 239 rupees and after making the payment i received only one message of my purchase confirmation along with my order number which is #1689. And now i can't reach them and their website is also gone it is not available now i also check the site by which this website is powered which is shopify and also that corporate by which they are doing their payment thing which is payU payments.. I send them a mail also bt i didn't get any response yet.. Pls help me to get back my money.. Pls.

it is a fraud seller. We also had a similar experience on 1st feb 2022. Site address is http://pahenavacollective.club And email is pahenavacollective@aol.com He is Registered with name BHANUBHAI LALJIBHAI KOTADIYA with payu.

I had a similar incident. I did have my doubts but the price was too low so I thought I'd give it a try. They keep changing their website address. I've sent them many mails and have received no response in return. I don't know how to make a formal complaint against this Bhanubhai Laljibhai. If anyone knows please guide me with the procedure.
