I was convinced by repeated calls to take a plan on the above app where I would get certain number of recommendations of students who require online tutoring. After a lot of consultation and negotiations I paid Rs 3000 and also uploaded my document copies and my photo on their website. Till my account was not approved and verified the app showed end number of tuition requirements for my chosen subject. As soon as the plan was verified within 5 minutes all the requirements showed Closed status and only 1 requirement was there. That also seemed a spam number as when I called the person on other end banged the phone saying he was in a meeting. Further after many complaints on the support tab and trying calling their numbers with no replies i posted a negative review on their FACEBOOK page and also on my page tagging them. I got a call immediately asking me about my issue. When I asked them to make me speak to that particular representative Mr. Govind who had called me for the plan they did not do that. So i kept on adding negative posts. Then i got a call from Mr. Ramesh Sharma saying if i removed the post I would be refunded the amount. I on the other hand said if I was refunded the amount I would remove the post. After a lot of to and fro the Mr. Ramesh paid me half the amount on the condition that I remove the post. But when I didnt do that insisting that I needed the full amount he refused and started asking us to return that half amount and that I would have to wait for co to pay me and that would take around 15 to 20 days. Then the next day he again started pestering me and asking for deleting the posts and also threatening me with consequences if i did not remove the post. So finally when we added a post and tagged cyber crime he paid the balance. But I would still like to put a complaint for fraud and mental torture suffered. Also my documents and photo are in their access and they also have my address. So this makes me weary that what if they harm me or my family.
