Hi There,

I have had multiple transactions of INR 1000, 3000, 4000 starting 5:09 PM & within 10 mins, I lost Rs. 28,000.

Have spoken to the bank & blocked the card, They have filed a dispute, from what I see people have been reporting about this for the past 1 year & this issue is still happening, same gateways over and over again.

Why is the bank not blocking those gateways for good?

Below is the transaction summary:

Cops are not ready to file an FIR instead they just filed a non-cognizable report & gave me a copy of the same.

I am still awaiting response from the CITIBANK team to understand when/if will I get the money back.

This is a clear case of fraud on negligence on CITIBANK's behalf as the payment went through without an OTP/password.

Did anyone actually get their Money back from the BANK, coz if not, let's collectively file a consumer case & ensure that the bank pays the price for this grave mistake.
