OLX fraud by name tamire tej Kumar

This tamire tej Kumar fraud me and cost me a loss of Rs 3120 on 30/01/2019 as he told me that he is a army man serving in a BSF at Gangtok and told me that he is selling his scooty as he is transferred from Gangtok. So he gave me a number 8696700425 so I contact him and he send id card of army as a proof and some pictures of scooty. Then after I contact him next day and ask him to come up with scooty so I can make a deal but said he will send his scooty to Watchman on my location but for that I had to pay 3120 as a gate pass bill which will be returned if deal will not done later or will be adjusted in a deal if I want to buy his scooty and gave a paytm account number 918397959767 which was in the name of Mohit. So I transferred 3120 and ask him to deliver the scooty on my location then came the second part Watchman called me from this number 8239837614 and asked me to transfer 5100 again then only the parcel became online and will deliver to your location then I started doubting on this deal so I checked it on Google and found it's a fraud. But I request all if it's possible then plz locate this mobile number and if possible then please verify the above mentioned PAYTM account as well then we will find the fraud person. Because I have no idea about it so once again please beware of this fraud person. If anyone can help me then plz help

Now he again fooled me with kwid n took 5150 rs i goole paid him on 7099188250 Google pay, Need to do something' he is fooling everyone on army officers name
