I have recieved sony xperia XA1...order id OD110301810829671000mobile on 27september .i got defective mobile.i had applied for replacement within 10 days of replacement policy..but currier executive not contacted me by any means including mobile...so finally i visited currier office. ..that time submitted my mobile &got pick up receipt on 15 October.....then i contacted flipkart return care executive many times. .they always told me ur problem resolved in 24hours &if not resolved contact us again i have audio call recording of it......then i contacted many times they always telling me always different reasons..flipkart executive dont know where is my mobile now.i have lost my 15days valuable time in contacting him...Executive done my mentally harassment..I don't get replacement or refund.
