We had ordered Amway/Daily last week. We got delivery on 18th June & since this was COD, we paid 1500. Next day again we got another courier for Amway-daily, we refused to take it as we had already took the delivery day before. He insisted to check the pkt delivered day before( which we had not opened earlier), after opening it we realised that was an incorrect medicine we received by mistake( Moringa tablets worth 75/-), but without finding it fishy we gave 1500 & took the delivery of Amway. We then lodged the complaint regarding incorrect delivery & request for the refund, Snapdeal refused of sending anything of that sort. I still don't understand the puzzle, there is no contact details of the supplier G.K Traders, Tirupati, A.P. Today I called but was shocked to know that complaint lodged by me on Sunday was not there & complaint no. given that day was nothing but the confirmation no of my call. This seems fishy, ppl needs to be alerted by this sort of scam. Today I kept the call holding for 30 min & I was not made speak to the manager

I ordered Amway nutrilite daily (120tabs) on 15/10/2017fom Snapdeal and received the order being confirmed msg, later on received a message from Snapdeal that the delivery would be delayed, but again I received a message to receive the ordered item on 24/10/2017.As it was COD and I being out of station requested my neighbor to collect the delivery,he did and paid Rs1500/-.But on my return to the station I found different medicine with MRP.Rs90/-but it was billed as Amway nutrilite daily (120 tabs) Rs.1500/- on the bill on the envelope. I am complaining since to Snapdeal but I am yet to receive a proper reply. The supplier is some GKTRDERS without any detailed credentials.Snapdeal, however, advised to contact the seller, but my query to Snapdeal is as to how my order reached the fraudulent supplier from the Snapdeal itself which can not at all absolve itself of all these frauds happening with the gulible customers, of course,at the hands of Snapdeal.
