Naukri team had frauded me R. 11480?- from my bank account

Dear Team,

I had got a call from +91 9417974038 at 15.05 PM on 12.10.2021 stating that the call is from naukri and they were about to refund by fastforward service charges since i have not got any opportunity from naukri paid services. They asked me to log on to www.refundnaukris.com and download the naukri portal kindly refer attached screen short of the portal I had registered and they were simply deduct my Rs. 11480/- from my bank account.

After I checked the bank SMS & my account I realized that they were thief. I called them back and they answered my call, and
said the amount was deducted by mistakenly and it will be refunded to my bank by two working days, still nothing has happened so.

How come some one used Naukri portal to looted the poor job seekers.

kindly investigate the matter and arrange to refund my Rs. 11480/- and earlier amount of Rs. 2103/- which was I paid for the services.
