As brought to my notice through research on social sites and other authentic search engines, it was observed that the company is involved in fraudulent and illegitimate practices. Prior agreement proper communication regarding the job profile and the company profile was not provided and additionally the further communication with the above mentioned company was not reciprocated through proper channel.
As per the agreement, since the job profile considers the mutual benefit of both the partners in agreement and also ensures that no relationship is established between the signatory partners. I hereby conclude the agreement and hence the agreement stands null and void .
In view of the above, incase the above mentioned company would like further communication for the formal termination of the contract, same should be communicated to the undersigned within 3 working days via paper correspondence to the registered address as mentioned in the contract. Additionally, the company is required to provide Gazetted officer attested balance sheet of last 3 years without which the correspondence will be disregarded.
