I am Sanjeev Kumar Chaturvedi. My ICICI bank account number is 628301035046 and my debit card number is 4143666283002523. yesterday on 4th Oct 2017, a withdrawal of 10000 rs was done from my account from an ATM at 2:53 pm . I was at my office(Aakash institute South ex delhi) at that time and I have not done this transaction. Although my debit card is with me. kindly file the FIR and do the needful.
